Macarthur Center Mall is a modern, three level shopping mall with 140 shops and restaurants and a large 18-screen movie theater located in the heart of downtown Norfolk, and just a few blocks from the waterfront. MacArthur Center Mall can be accessed from the north and south via Interstate 64 and from the east and west via 264. Macarthur Center Mall’s hours of operation are from 10 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 pm on Sundays.
Macarthur Center Mall is anchored by Nordstrom’s and Dillard’s, and has over 33 shops for women's fashions, including Ann Taylor, Charlotte Russe and United Colors of Benneton. The mall also features 20 shops for men’s clothing, including The Men’s Wearhouse and Underground Station and 11 shops for children, like The Children’s Place and April Cornell. Macarthur Center Mall also has 4 shops for books, cards and stationary, including Waldenbooks and 8 stores for home furnishings, including Williams Sonoma, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. There are also 14 jewelry stores, 28 specialty gift stores and 5 shops for toys and games.

In their food court, Macarthur Center Mall has 11 counter service restaurants, including Steak Escape, Nathan’s Famous and Yeung’s Lotus Express. There are also 14 specialty food stores in the mall as well as 7 full service restaurants, including Johnny Rocket’s, Chili’s Grill and Bar and Kincaid’s Fish, Chop and Steak House. Macarthur Center Mall also has plans to open a California Pizza Kitchen. On top of all this, Macarthur Center Mall also features an 18 screen Regal theater.
